Overhead Squat 3-3-3-3-3 (five sets of 3 reps)

Thanks guys. It seems like we need to focus on shoulder therapy. We have so many guys with shoulder issues.

Did 5 sets of 10 over head squats first time used the bar and then added 50 pounds then 2 sets of 6 regular squats
