2 rounds of:
10 push-ups
10 pull-ups
10 squats
10 good mornings

Do two or three warm up sets with lighter weight as you get ready to lift heavier.

I did these last night 5 sets of 10-15 with 135 lbs then worked my biceps for another 5 sets of 10-15 reps.
