Monday WOD -- Murphy

For time:

run 1 mile
Do:
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
run 1 mile

Partition exercises as needed (i.e. 10 pull ups, 20 push ups and 30 squats x 10)

my ipod reset while i was doing it so i don't know an exact time. im guessing like 35-40 min. I only did 80 pull ups because i was to tired to do more. it was a good hard work out coach!
