couldnt do over head due to shoulder, did regular squats.

Thanks guys. It seems like we need to focus on shoulder therapy. We have so many guys with shoulder issues.

Did 5 sets of 10 over head squats first time used the bar and then added 50 pounds then 2 sets of 6 regular squats
