i did my workout yesterday b4 practice, but it was all leg workouts

i did my 100 reps but i didn't keep track of my time...i totally forgot about it, sry

I did the work for 20 seconds and rest for ten seconds workout. Push ups: 5, Squats: 10.

I cant do pull ups and the pull up bar was to high for jumping pull ups.

i did a workout today

squats: 4 sts of 8 w/225 lbs
leg press: 4 sts of 8 w/12 plts total
leg curls: 4 sts of 8 w/165 lbs
leg exts: 4 sts of 8 w/165 lbs
standing calve raises: 4 sts of 15 w/215 lbs

idk if we r suppose to pose our personal wkouts on this wbsite but i thought it would be helpful :D
