Monday WOD -- Linda

Warm-up
2 rounds of:
10 push up
10 pull-ups
10 sit ups
10 goodmornings

For time:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Deadlift (1.5 x body weight)
Bench press (body weight)
Squat Clean (.75 x body weight)

If you cannot do the proscribed weight, scale the weight as needed. Try a weight you believe you can finish the workout with. Post time and loads to comments.

I couldnt do the workout you told us because the ROTC guys took over the gym. I did do tabata, dead lift 185, pushups, and my lowest for each was 4
