Monday WOD -- Cindy

This is the same work out as last Monday only longer.

For 20 minutes, do as many rounds as possible of:

5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats

17 rounds even. Sub pull-up with 10 crunches each round. That 20 min. felt more like 2 hours!
