As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes (10 if this is your first time):
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
Make sure you go through the complete range of motion for each exercise.

20 rounds 7 pushups

Shawn, you should note that you did mini-cindy (10 minutes)
20 Rounds 10 pushups, 5 sit ups, 15 squats.
10 minutes- 7 rounds + 2 pullups
