For 20 minutes, do as many rounds as possible of:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats

18 rounds and 13 squats
Nice Jeff!
17 rounds even. Sub pull-up with 10 crunches each round. That 20 min. felt more like 2 hours!
